Spring Term Art & DT Projects at King’s House

In the Spring Term Senior Department pupils have been working hard to create some amazing outcomes for their different topics. We recently celebrated these in assembly, which included:

• Year 4’s sand mandalas and sweet tooth outcomes, Year 5’s mixed media wax resistant jellyfish, Year 6’s pop art inspired oversized food sculptures, Year 7’s sweet tooth ceramic outcomes, and Year 8’s day of the dead outcomes
• Year 4’s bird hides, Year 5’s lamps, Year 6’s pocket torches, Year 7’s Easter egg packaging project and Year 8’s drawstring bags

Well done as well to everyone who submitted an entry for this year’s House Art Competition, on the theme of ‘Urbanscapes’ – and to Raffy, Atticus and Anthony for their winning entries.
