King’s House School
Established in 1946, we are a thriving prep school and specialists in educating boys.
We just wanted to say how incredibly grateful we are to you and all the staff for creating such a wonderful and safe learning environment for Beatrice and her peers.
We can't begin to imagine the logistical nightmare it must be to create this sanitised/safe space, nor can we begin to imagine the personal anxiety the staff must feel coming to nursery every day at this, the height of the Covid pandemic. We are truly thankful and in awe of your and their commitment, resilience, bravery and above all, dedication to the little ones.
We still often talk about how friendly, passionate and professional you and your staff at Kings House Nursery are! I really feel lucky she could have her early education with you!
Thank you both SO much for all you have done to nurture our daughter. The kindness and reassurance you have consistently shown us will not be forgotten.
It is a warm and friendly nursery with staff who genuinely have an interest in your children and making sure your child has a positive first experience with school. I am confident that the mix of structured and imaginative learning will prepare my child for the next step.
Visit the school, and see for yourself. The school has a great feeling when you first visit, and the senior boys are so polite and positive. It’s a great school for boys that works hard to develop the boys in all areas.
Excellent school that prepares boys well for senior schools. Delivers outstanding results despite not being hyper selective and suits a range of personalities. Strong sport. Pastoral care and engagement with parents is spot on.
I have the highest regard for the school and have been extremely pleased with it. I would recommend it to anyone.
It is an amazing school which my son is looking forward to going to every morning and even sad at the weekend that he can’t go to school. For a 5 year old, that shows a lot.
KHS has a friendly and warm environment in which the boys grow academically and mentally. It has a strong sporting mentality. Great school! They really know how to look after the boys properly!
They understand boys, and how to educate boys. They seem to be able to get it right for each individual child. Staff are passionate about their subjects and this is infectious as boys learn with enthusiasm. A wonderful school and a brilliant start to a life-long education. Cannot recommend more highly.
