The school has a strong Governing Body. They benefit from presentations from teachers on particular curriculum areas. The sub-committees give the Governors a good understanding of the school. Governors are visible in the school; a staff engagement session where Governors and teachers met for an hour to discuss successes and challenges ahead was very much appreciated by teaching staff.
