Years 6, 7 and 8 Residential Trips
Years 6, 7 and 8 had a fantastic time on their residential trips last week!
Year 6 went to Cornwall for a week filled with body boarding, swimming, mountain boarding, sports and much more in the sun. Year 7 have been to Belgium, visiting historic sites including the Passchendaele Memorial Museum, Tyne Cot Cemetery, Thiepval Memorial, and Vimy Ridge. Some of the boys also had the privilege of laying a wreath on behalf of the school during the Last Post Ceremony at Menin Gate.
Year 8 were in Normandy, visiting sites including the American Cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer and Mont St Michel. They also made bread, enjoyed the beaches and visited markets, spending time together as they approach their last few weeks at KHS.
The boys made fantastic memories with their friends, learning new skills and building confidence.
