In celebration of ‘British Science Week’, our Year 1 class were participating in a colour changing experiment using food dye, milk and dish soap.
In groups of three, the boys took turns to drop one colour of food dye each into the bowl of milk. Mrs Maguire then went round the class and dropped a small amount of dish soap into the centre of the bowl and the boys were asked to watch and see what happens. The boys were amazed to see the colours start to dance as a result!
