Dear Parents,
I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the procedures for picking up pupils at the end of the day.
If you (or another parent on your behalf) are picking your son up from school at 3.30pm, 4.05pm or 4.30pm, please would you collect him from the playground. If you need to pick him up at any other time please come to the school office.
After matches, clubs, rehearsals and other activities the teacher in charge will have the boys gathered in the playground for collection and will wait with him until he is collected. You will need to come into the playground in order for your son to be allowed to leave.
If you are happy for your son to travel home on his own, be it walking, cycling or on public transport, please complete the consent form below. Please do this even if he will normally be picked up but you would allow him to travel on his own on occasions.
If you are due to collect your son and for any reason you are unavoidably detained he will go to the After School Care where he will be looked after until you are able to collect him.
