There have been so many wonderful activities in the Nursery this week, with Caterpillar’s ‘Under the Sea’ topic and Butterflies taking care of real life Caterpillars. Butterflies have been practicing for Sports Day and their Leavers’ Concert as well.
Summer has arrived and the children are taking excellent care of the plants in the garden and strawberries and beans are beginning to ripen.
We had a very special visit from the author Barbara Panetta, who shared her book Chloe and the Gr-Ant- Father clock. The children loved the story about a busy ant family who work together as a team. All proceeds from the book go to Momentum, a local charity supporting children with terminal illness.
