U8 Cricket
The U8s enjoyed their first fixtures for the school on Monday. The boys travelled over to KCS Wimbledon and played pairs matches against their opponents. The boys acquitted themselves very well and represented the school fantastically. It was great to see everyone put the batting, bowling and fielding skills we have practised into a match situation. All the teams showed some real promise, but special mentions to Felix B, Casper S, George F-G and Harry T who shone for their teams.
Spectators at fixtures
We were delighted to welcome back spectators to watch the U11 matches that took place on Tuesday against Danes Hill. It has felt like a long 14 months since we last saw parents supporting at matches. A reminder, though, that whilst this will be the case for all home fixtures, other schools are running different guidelines where spectators and parent pick up may well not be possible. Please check the weekly email that will be sent out on Fridays with the logistics for the following week’s fixtures.
