King's House School

Welcome to King's House, a private school and nursery in Richmond for children aged 3 to 13.

Visit Us

At King’s House we are proud to offer a high-quality, broad and balanced education to our pupils. Children thrive in a happy and relaxed environment, and pastoral care is at the heart of our ethos. Pupils move onto a wide range of co-ed, single sex, day and boarding schools at 11 or 13.

We are delighted to be welcoming girls into Reception and Year 1 from September 2024, as the school moves to full co-education. This decision has been led by parental demand, particularly since the opening of our wonderful co-ed Nursery in 2009.

The best way to see if a school is right for your family is to visit in person, and we’d love to meet you. At our open mornings you can tour the school with pupils, and meet with key staff, including the Head, Mark Turner, Head of the Junior Department, Simon Gower, and Head of the Nursery, Jane O’Brien.
