At King's House Nursery we aim to ensure that every child has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

To enable us to support your child as they learn and to help them settle into their new environment, we would be grateful if you would complete the questionnaire below and upload one passport sized photo of your child (if you do not have a digital photo you are welcome to send a physical photo into the Nursery office)
