At King’s House School we marked Remembrance Day with a lovely assembly by Year 8 pupils to the Senior Department, and very well done to the boys for organising this. Pupils have also been selling poppies at the SD, JD and Nursery this half term in aid of the Poppy Legion, and £294 has also been raised from Miss Kerrison-Davey’s knitted and crocheted poppies. Thank you to everyone who has bought one.
There has also been some lovely poppy artwork made by the Nursery and Junior Department! In the Nursery the children have been learning about people who help us, and sat beautifully for the 2 minute silence to think about them.
