The Junior Department at King’s House School recently celebrated British Science Week, with the boys taking part in a wide range of exciting activities and experiments.

Reception and Year 1 completed experiments including ‘Spaghetti Towers’ where they built different shapes out of spaghetti, ‘Discovery Bag’ where they investigated a series of objects, and ‘Cardboard Cut Outs’ where they fitted cardboard together to make objects.

Year 2 and Year 3 built microscopic machines out of coloured paper, came up with their own exercises in outdoor gym lessons, and designed an animal that could survive on Mars.
